The UPCA invites you to a Halloween Costume Parade Saturday, October 29th at 1pm. We will meet at the Tot Lot (small playground in the park behind Word of God church). The UP Police will escort the kids on a short parade through town from their very cool electric scooter (called a T3 Motion Patroller). We will judge costumes and all ages are invited to join in the fun.
