ABOUT
The University Park Civic Association is a self-governing organization of residents of the Town of University Park & College Heights Estates. Formed more than twenty years ago, we are an all-volunteer run organization and sponsor events for adults, children, and the whole family.
The UPCA sponsors many events each year through the support of our dues paying members, volunteers, and funding from the Town of University Park. From Porchfest to the Chili Cookoff, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
