ABOUT
The University Park Civic Association is a self-governing organization of residents of the Town of University Park & College Heights Estates. Formed more than twenty years ago, we are an all-volunteer run organization and sponsor events for adults, children, and the whole family.​

The UPCA sponsors nearly two dozen events each year through the support of our dues paying members, volunteers, and funding from the Town of University Park. From Happy Hours to the Town 4th of July Parade & Picnic there is something for everyone to enjoy!

The UPCA is driven to do its part in making the neighborhood a friendly, fun, and engaging place. Our ultimate goal is to bring neighbors together. Leadership
The UPCA is led by volunteers from the community and consists of a President, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership, and Welcoming Chair. We also have numerous Event Chairs that play key roles in keeping the good times going!
