Day of entries will not be turned away but for planning purposes we would love to know the count. 

The spicy chili cook-off committee has been working hard to make sure this year will be just as wonderful as last year!

So, start getting those recipes perfected and be ready to bring a crock pot container for everyone to try!

The UPCA will provide the cheese and sour cream and the tasting cups and spoons.   (we will also provide some tortilla chips as well)

UPCA will also provide the trophies!!!!!!!  You just make the best chili and bragging rights for the next year are yours!!!!!!!

In addition to mild, spicy, vegetarian, and kids chili we have a NEW category in honor of the Halloween weekend…… scary chili!!!!!!

That could mean plastic eyeballs in the chili or rattlesnake as the base!!!!
